Specializing in the strategic planning, Jenine leverages her extensive management and operational experience to help organizations develop, execute, and manage sustainable strategies. Since 1996, Jenine has been building successful partnerships to provide superior training and consulting to mission-driven organizations. Her approach to building relationships, developing execution ready strategies and her continued commitment to thought leadership have made her a trusted partner to the government, non-profit and select for-profits organizations with which she works.
In her strategic planning, leadership and communication workshops Jenine features the Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI®), a powerful yet straightforward relationship awareness tool used to improve organizational performance. Jenine's SDI®-based workshops help organizations improve the communication and emotional intelligence required to successfully manage sustainable organizational change.
Jenine's recent contributions to the management industry include her work updating the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Standard for Portfolio Management (3rd Edition). In 2016 Jenine was a panelist at the Performance Institute's annual Government Performance Summit. She has presented 'Strategic Performance Management' and 'Portfolio Management for the Project Manager' at the DC and Hampton Roads PMI Chapters. She has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005 and has her Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. In 2011 Jenine spoke at the Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Conference, where she received the CPIC Alliance Award for Portfolio Management.
Jenine has a passion for sustainability, specifically Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Green information technology (IT), and sustainable food systems. She is a LEED Green Associate and is pursuing her LEED Accredited Professional (AP) designation. She is active with her local government and was voted volunteer of the year by her local chapter of the Green Building Council. Jenine is a Senior Fellow with the Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) and welcomes opportunities to work with sustainability focused organizations.
